No returns without authorization will be accepted. All returns must be accompanied by a copy of the receipt and a note. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee for errors not made on our part.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the quality of any product purchased from XRM RACING, you have 14 days from time of delivery to contact us for a return authorization. Return authorization will be granted for any product provided the product is in new, unused and undamaged condition. Once we receive the product and verify that it is unused and undamaged, we will issue a refund to the credit card that was used at time of purchase . You will not be credited for the outgoing shipping charge.
Non-returnable Items Include:
Electronic Items (NO EXCEPTIONS), Close-out / Clearance Items, Special / Custom Orders, Cut-to-Length items, Safety wear, Engines, Roller Chassis, Kart Packages, Lubricant s and Cleaners.
